Associate Director of Facility Services

Friendship Community is seeking a dedicated Associate Director of Facility Services (ADFS) to oversee the maintenance of our physical sites while ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and team members. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the ADFS provides supervision and support to the Facility Services Team, manages vendor relationships, and oversees building maintenance, fleet management, and security practices. This role also involves planning facility improvements, coordinating renovations, and ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have technical training, experience in building construction and mechanical systems, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, salaried position (Monday – Friday) with flexibility to address urgent needs outside regular business hours. The role requires both administrative oversight and hands-on work, including occasional lifting and physical activity.
